2005年9月1-4日,安徽省受第13号台风“泰利”影响,同时遇到华北冷空气南下,与低层云团汇合,形成历史罕见特大暴雨,三个暴雨中心分别位于淠河上游张冲站、皖河上游岳西站和滁河上游长山站,最大3日降雨量687mm,最大 24h降雨量544mm。本文通过实测资料对本次暴雨洪水成因、特点进行了分析,并与历史上发生的洪水进行了对比分析。
From September 1-4, 2005, Anhui Province was affected by No. 13 typhoon “Talim” and at the same time encountered cold air in the north of the country and merged with low-level clouds to form a rare heavy rainstorm in history. The three heavy rainfall centers were located on the upper reaches of the Bahe River Zhangchong station, Yuexi station on the upper reaches of Wanhe and Changshan station on the upper reaches of Chuhe. The maximum rainfall on the 3rd is 687mm, and the maximum rainfall on 24th is 544mm. This paper analyzes the causes and characteristics of this storm flood through the measured data, and makes a comparative analysis with the historical floods.
