新机或大修后的柴油发动机在磨合时,机油从排气管中喷排出来,可能是下列原因引起的: (1)没有按磨合规范或磨合规范选择不当。使缸套、活塞和活塞环等零件磨合质量差,造成发动机机油从排气管中喷排出来。 无论新机或大修后的发动机,应当进行冷磨合和热磨合两个过程。 (2)零件未按技术要求进行装配。如活塞环装配不当,使其卡在活塞槽内;缸套装进缸体后,变形量过大。
When a new engine or an overhauled diesel engine is running in, the oil is discharged from the exhaust pipe, which may be caused by the following reasons: (1) It is not properly selected according to the specifications of the running-in or running-in specification. The cylinder liner, piston and piston rings and other parts run in poor quality, resulting in engine oil spray from the exhaust pipe.
