目的探讨依帕司他、甲钴胺及α-硫辛酸不同组合对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效。方法研究对象随机分为4组,每组各42例,分别予依帕司他+甲钴胺(A组)、依帕司他+α-硫辛酸(B组)、α-硫辛酸+甲钴胺(C组)、依帕司他+甲钴胺+α硫辛酸(D组)治疗3周。比较治疗前后神经传导速度(NCV)、密西根神经评分(MNSI)。结果治疗后腓、胫神经的运动神经传导速度(MCV)和感觉神经传导速度(SCV)高于治疗前(P<0.05),MNSI较治疗前下降(P<0.05)。D组左腓神经MCV治疗后NCV上升值高于A组(P<0.05)。结论依帕司他、甲钴胺及α-硫辛酸不同联合均能有效治疗DPN。
Objective To investigate the effects of different combinations of epalrestat, mecobalamin and α-lipoic acid on diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods The subjects were randomly divided into 4 groups, 42 cases in each group, and were assigned to epalrestat + mecobalamin (group A), epalrestat + α-lipoic acid (group B), α-lipoic acid + Cobalamin (group C), epalrestat + mecobalamin + alpha lipoic acid (group D) for 3 weeks. Nerve conduction velocity (NCV) and MNSI were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the motor nerve conduction velocity (MCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity (SCV) of the peroneal and tibial nerves were higher than those before treatment (P <0.05). MNSI decreased compared with before treatment (P <0.05). In NC group, the increase of NCV in D group was higher than that in A group (P <0.05). Conclusion Different combination of epalrestat, mecobalamin and α-lipoic acid can effectively treat DPN.
