随着市场经济体制在我国的确立,传统的图书馆管理模式的弊端日益暴露出来,现在需要建立新的图书馆管理模式。建立新的图书管理模式应该以多维化、多元化、多功能化为主;通过提高人员素质让管理模式更加人性化;通过制定严格的制度规范发展行为。本文中作者认为新的管理模式必须符合中国国情,必须适应市场经济的需要,必须有利于社会经济,有益于社会人。本文针对创新型的模式进行分析与探讨。
With the establishment of a market economy system in our country, the disadvantages of the traditional library management model are increasingly exposed. Now we need to establish a new library management model. The establishment of a new library management model should be based on multidimensionalization, diversification and multi-functionalization; the management model is made more humane by improving the quality of personnel; and the development of behaviors is regulated through the establishment of a strict system. In this paper, the author believes that the new management mode must conform to China’s national conditions, must adapt to the needs of the market economy, must be conducive to social economy and benefit the community. This article analyzes and discusses innovative modes.
