2003年初以来,涉及中国出口产品的“337调查”案件频频发生,波及农用拖拉机及割草机、农用车辆和无汞碱性电池等多种我对美出口产品。尤其值得注意的是,今年以来的涉华“337调查”案已经占美此类案件总数的很大比例(36.4%)。中国产品在短时间内如此频繁地遭遇反“337调查”案件应该引起高度重视。
Since the beginning of 2003, “337 investigations” involving China’s export products have been frequent and have affected many export products to the United States, including agricultural tractors and mowers, agricultural vehicles and mercury-free alkaline batteries. It is particularly noteworthy that the “337 investigations” involving China this year have accounted for a large proportion (36.4%) of the total number of such cases. Chinese products encountered so frequently in a short period of time against “337 investigations” should pay close attention to the case.
