分析了在IEC61850中使用变电站配置描述语言(substation configuration description language,SCL)描述模型的方法,探讨了SCL文件在数字化变电站工程应用中遵循的原则,提出了SCL文件正确性验证的基本准则,给出了以保护测控一体化装置为例编写的模型描述示例文件,以供使用SCL语言描述模型的科研人员参考。
The method to describe the model using substation configuration description language (SCL) in IEC61850 is analyzed. The principle that SCL file complies with in digital substation engineering application is discussed. The basic criterion for verifying correctness of SCL file is given. A model description example file written in the form of protection and control integration device is taken as a reference for researchers using the SCL language description model.
