近年来,随着国民经济的发展,科学技术的进步,扩建和新建的冶金、纺织、机械等行业大型工业建筑的结构和材料发生了很大的变化。传统的砖、石棉瓦、玻璃等结构材料,由于笨重、易破损等缺点,已不能满足现代工业生产技术的要求。金属压型板和透光阻燃玻璃钢制品正不断扩大使用范围。玻璃钢是以合成树脂为基体材料、以玻璃纤维为增强材料复合而成的纤维增强塑料。玻璃钢的发展在我国已有三十年历史。由于它具有轻质、高强、防水、耐腐蚀、隔热、绝缘等多方面的性能,而得到迅速发展。目前年产量在8万t左右,近千个品种,应用于航空、交通运输、建筑、石化、机电等各个领域。
In recent years, with the development of the national economy and advances in science and technology, great changes have taken place in the structures and materials of large-scale industrial buildings such as the metallurgy, textile, and machinery industries that were expanded and newly built. Traditional structural materials such as bricks, asbestos tiles, and glass have been unable to meet the requirements of modern industrial production technologies due to their bulky, easily damaged, and other defects. Metal pressure plates and light-transmitting flame-retardant glass steel products are constantly expanding their use. FRP is a fiber-reinforced plastic compounded with synthetic resin as the matrix material and glass fiber as the reinforcing material. The development of FRP has been in our country for 30 years. Because it has many properties such as light weight, high strength, waterproof, corrosion resistance, heat insulation, insulation and so on, it has been rapidly developed. At present, the annual output is about 80,000 tons, nearly 1,000 varieties, used in aviation, transportation, construction, petrochemical, mechanical and electrical and other fields.
