应用原子吸收光谱法对华北地区6所医院出生的201名健康新生儿进行了脐血干纸片微量元素测定。结果表明;锌的正常值男女无显著差异,铜、铁正常值男女有显著差异,提示不同性别的胎儿对微量元素的需求不同。脐血标本对新生儿无损害,干血纸片可以贮存邮寄,在筛查新生儿代谢性遗传病的同时开展微量元素的出生监测,可以对新生儿的哺养及微量元素的添加起到早期指导作用。
The trace elements in umbilical cord blood dry paper were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry in 201 healthy newborns born in 6 hospitals in North China. The results show that there is no significant difference between the normal zinc value of men and women, there is a significant difference between male and female normal copper and iron, suggesting that different sexes have different requirements for trace elements. Umbilical cord blood samples without damage to the newborn, dried blood paper can be stored and mailed, in the screening of neonatal metabolic genetic disease while monitoring the birth of trace elements can be newborn feeding and trace elements to play an early role in the instruction effect.
