本文按随机方法抽取成都市西城区年龄在18—55岁常住居民1003名为受访对象,每名对象即为一户人家。对这些调查对象进行了营养知识、态度和行为(KAP)的调查,结果发现:(1)西城区居民营养健康知识水平较低,但营养态度普遍较好,而且未来择食趋势也较为合理。而在现行择食结构中对营养丰富价格便宜的牛奶、豆腐、动物血肝和花生等普遍选择较少。(2)营养KAP之间相互关联,而且宫养知识较高,人群相应现行或未来择食模式更为合理。(3)为了更好地开展健康教育,电视节目、报刊杂志和医卫工作者的定期家访应当是首选三种方式。
In this paper, we randomly selected 1003 permanent residents aged 18-55 in Xicheng District of Chengdu as respondents, each of whom is a household. The survey conducted a survey of nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior (KAP). The findings were as follows: (1) The residents of Xicheng District had a lower level of nutrition and health knowledge, but their nutritional attitude was generally better, and the trend of choosing food in the future was more reasonable. In the current choice of food structure, nutritious and inexpensive milk, tofu, animal liver and peanut less common choice. (2) nutrition KAP interrelated, and palace nursing higher knowledge, the crowd corresponding current or future mode of choice is more reasonable. (3) For better health education, regular home visits of TV programs, newspapers, magazines and health workers should be the three preferred methods.
