通过测量不同割秧茬数处理下黄芩的生长指标,并采用紫外和HPLC测定药材中总黄酮、黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素、千层纸素A和茎叶中总黄酮、野黄芩苷、黄芩苷、芹菜素、木犀草素的含量。该文发现在保证不过度影响药材质量和产量的前提下,进行两茬割秧处理后,不仅黄芩药材和茎叶的产量增加,分别可达193.60,63.21 kg/亩,其所含活性成分含量也具有一定的提高。其中,黄芩药材中所含总黄酮,黄芩苷,汉黄芩苷,黄芩素,汉黄芩素,千层纸素A的质量分数分别可达18.52%,15.13%,4.03%,1.04%,0.30%,0.12%。在两茬处理下的黄芩茎叶中并未检测到木犀草素,但其他活性成分如总黄酮、野黄芩苷、黄芩苷、芹菜素的质量分数分别已经达到7.00%,0.96%,0.35%,0.04%。故为获取优质黄芩药材和高产药材及茶原料,从药用植物资源合理利用和推动药茶两用黄芩一体化发展出发,定期割秧可以作为一种新的栽培采收技术被广泛推广。
