日立制作所为实现感应式牵引电动机大修前走行 12 0万km非解体运转的目标 ,在改进轴承结构并采用绝缘轴承的基础上 ,为解决轴承润滑寿命不足的问题 ,开发成功了以烷基苯醚油和多元酚酯油的混合油为基油、以锂复合皂为增稠剂、并加入胺系和硫尿系添加剂的轴承用新合成油润滑脂。对新合成油润滑脂、以单独烷基苯醚为基油的润滑脂及新干线电动车用锂复合皂润滑脂进行了轴承烧损寿命对比试验。试验结果表明 ,使用新合成油润滑脂的轴承寿命是使用单独烷基苯醚油润滑脂轴承的 1 3倍 ,是新干线电动车轴承的 3倍。由此确认 ,新合成油润滑脂可以有效提高牵引电动机轴承的润滑寿命 ,实现 12 0万km非解体运行
In order to achieve the goal of non-disintegration operation of 1200000 km before the overhaul of induction traction motor, Hitachi Ltd., in order to solve the problem of insufficient bearing lubrication life based on the improvement of bearing structure and the use of insulated bearings, Ether oil and polyhydric phenolic ester oil as the base oil, lithium complex soap as a thickener, and added amine and sulfur-based additives for the new bearing grease synthetic grease. On the new synthetic grease, alkyl benzene ether alone as a base oil grease and Shinkansen electric vehicle lithium composite soap grease bearing burnout life comparison test. Test results show that the use of new synthetic oil grease bearing life is the use of alkyl benzene ether alone grease bearing 13 times, Shinkansen electric car bearings 3 times. This confirms that the new synthetic grease can effectively improve the lubrication life of traction motor bearings to achieve non-disintegration of 120 million km run
