基于AMESim油气悬架的仿真与参数优化

对油气悬架缸进行研究,建立其数学模型以及1/4车辆动力学模型,并利用AMESim软件模拟仿真车辆在路面行驶情况。针对车辆平顺性,构建了以车身垂直方向加权加速度均方根值为目标函数的优化模型,并对悬架系统参数进行了优化。结果表明车辆平顺性得到明显改善,为汽车油气悬架的设计优化提供了借鉴。 The research of oil-gas suspension cylinder was carried out, and its mathematical model and 1/4 vehicle dynamics model were established. And AMESim software was used to simulate the vehicle driving on the road. According to the vehicle ride comfort, an optimization model is established with the root mean square value of acceleration perpendicular to the vehicle body as an objective function, and the suspension system parameters are optimized. The results show that the vehicle ride comfort has been significantly improved, which provides a reference for the design and optimization of vehicle hydro-pneumatic suspension.
