随着人们的生活水平不断提高,饮食卫生日益受到公众的关注。餐饮业单位的餐具消毒是保证食品安全的一个重要环节,加强餐具消毒卫生管理可有效防止餐具被致病菌污染造成食源性疾病的发生。为了解桐城市餐饮业各种餐具的卫生状况和消毒效果,以便有针对性地提出食品安全监督措施,桐城市疾病预防控制中心于2013年4~5月对全市72家不同等级餐饮单位进行了餐具消毒效果监测。现将监测情况分析如下。
