本文以黑龙江省杨树烂皮病,发病株率80％以上的中东杨、小叶杨和小青杨的实生人工林为选优对象。从10万亩人工林中选出无烂皮病且生长较快的优树两株(83106和83014号),中选率为1/3300000。 优树83106号的林分烂皮病发病株率为80％,病情指数43.30。其树高,胸径和材积生长量分别为周围3株大树平均值的107％、109％和161％;83014号的林分烂皮病发病株率92％,病情指数52.0。其树高、胸径和材积生长量分别为周围3株大树平均值的119％、127％和171％。 经室内外抗性鉴定,83106和83014号的感病性均与对照种中东杨和小黑杨有显著差异。经林间自然感病调查比较,83106和83014号的感病率均比对照种中东杨低33个百分点。表现出较强的抗性。 83106号是中东杨的天然杂种,树冠阔卵形,侧枝50°,树皮薄,下部浅纵裂,浅灰色,上部灰绿色,光滑,叶菱状卵形,树干通直圆满,形率0.63,自然整枝良好,耐寒,抗杨干象(虫甲),较速生. 83014号是中东杨的天然杂种,侧枝60°,树体高大,树冠长椭圆形,树皮灰绿色,浅纵裂,叶菱状卵形,树干通直,圆满,形率0.56,耐寒,抗杨干象(虫甲),较速生。
