经济尚待“市场化”而尚未“市场化”时,有过一种“价格双轨制”。一吨钢材,计划调拨价是1千多元,市场调节价可达1倍以上 同样的商品,价格相差之大,足以让能弄到“批条”的“人才”一夜暴富,结果只是官员(或者官子官妻)得益。老百姓善于归纳,很快向这类“致富快手”奉送了一个雅号——“官倒”。 随着市场经济的推行,价格不能“双轨”,“官倒”这个说法渐已被人忘却了。从这样的“小事情”,也是该为“市场经济”的推行喝彩的。但物与时变,时随境迁,变出新的法子来继续“双轨”的格局,倒也不只是一两个人的能耐。这回的主事者却不是“官倒”,而是一个个生意人。
