目的:测定复方降压片中6种组分的含量,为该药提供质量控制方法。方法:应用褶合曲线分析法,结合计算机信息处理技术,同时分别测定了复方降压片中6种组分的含量。结果:维生素B6、维生素B1、氯氮、盐酸异丙嗪、硫酸双肼肽嗪、氢氯噻嗪的样品平均回收率和RSD分别为99.23%,0.16%;100.45%,0.19%;99.49%,0.43%;100.44%,0.18%;99.29%,0.09%;99.23%,0.41%。结论:采用计算机辅助褶合曲线法,不经分离直接对其同时分别定量获得成功,可作为该药物一种可取的质量控制方法。
Objective: To determine the content of six components in compound antihypertensive tablets and to provide quality control method for the drug. Methods: Convolution curve analysis method and computer information processing technique were used to determine the content of six components in compound antihypertensive tablets. Results: The average recoveries and RSDs of vitamin B6, vitamin B1, chlordiazepoxide, promethazine hydrochloride, bilazine sulfate and hydrochlorothiazide were 99.23%, 0.16% and 100.45%, respectively. 19%; 99.49%, 0.43%; 100.44%, 0.18%; 99.29%, 0.09%; 99.23%, 0.41%. CONCLUSION: The computer-assisted convolution curve method can be used as a preferable quality control method for the success of quantitative determination of the drug simultaneously without separation.
