“362”三级教学管理模式,体现对课前备课、上课过程、课后辅导的全过程管理和可控的特点。“362”的“3”是课前的三次备课:主备人备课、集体备课、形成个人教案。“6”是课堂教学一般有6个环节:定向(目标和自学指导)、自学、展示交流、精当点拨、当堂训练(检测)和课堂小结。“2”是指课后教师需反思自己的备课、上课情况和对学生的分类指导。三级是指教学管理的三个目标:第一阶段,模仿阶段(也是模式化阶段);第二阶段,学导阶段;第三阶段,自主化阶段。
“362 ” three-level teaching management model, which reflects the whole course management and controllable features of pre-lesson preparation, class process and after-school guidance. “362 ” “3 ” is the pre-class three lesson preparation: the main preparation lesson, collective lesson preparation, the formation of personal lesson plans. “6 ” is the classroom teaching generally has six aspects: orientation (goal and self-guidance), self-study, show communication, exquisite call, training in the church (test) and the classroom summary. “2 ” refers to after-school teachers need to reflect on their own lesson preparation, class situation and classification guidance to students. Three levels refer to the three objectives of teaching management: the first stage, the imitation stage (also the pattern stage); the second stage, the learning stage; the third stage, the autonomy stage.
