拉卡拉的招股说明书引来业内关注,如果拉卡拉支付成功上市,将成为第三方支付以主营业务独立上市的第一股。近年来,我国第三方支付行业发展迅猛,直接跳过信用卡支付时代进入到移动支付时代,领先于世界水平。中国支付清算行业协会最新数据显示,2016年第三季度,非银行支付机构处理网络支付业务8440.28亿笔,金额26.34万亿元,同比分别增长106.83%和105.82%。

According to the latest data from the China Payments & Clearing Industry Association, in the third quarter of 2016, non-bank payment agencies handled 8440.28 billion online payment transactions with an amount of 26.34 trillion yuan, up 106.83% and 105.82% respectively over the same period of last year.
