本文通过探索“工学交替、螺旋递进”人才培养模式,提炼出具有工学多次交替、岗位和能力的双螺旋递进、职业素养和职业技能的双元评价体系的人才培养模式。通过校企的联合培养,把学生培养成企业的好员工、社会的好公民、家庭的好成员,使毕业生成为适应“专业、企业、职业”三业发展的技能型人才,从而实现培养新“三好”人才的目标。
This article explores the talent cultivation mode with the dual evaluation system of double spiral progression, professional accomplishment and vocational skills with many alternations, positions and abilities, through exploring the model of “alternating engineering and learning, spiral progression”. Through the joint training of school and enterprise, the students are cultivated into good employees, good citizens and good members of the family so that graduates can become skill-based talents who adapt themselves to the development of the three industries of “professional, enterprise and professional”, thus realizing Training new “three good ” talent goal.
