随着我国加入WTO ,农产品市场竞争日趋激烈。当前 ,我省农产品市场组织化程度低 ,经营主体“低、小、弱、散”的矛盾非常突出 ,形势严峻。针对目前面临的形势和任务及WTO农业框架协议要求 ,我们要紧紧围绕提高农业国际竞争力这个核心 ,加强我省农产品流通渠道建设 ,加强农产品流通设施建设 ,大力推进农、工、贸一体化 ,不断提高农产品流通的组织化程度 ,加速形成行业协会、农产品流通企业、农产品加工企业、专业合作社、农民紧密联系的贸工农一体化的产业化经营的农产品流通体系。
With China’s accession to the WTO, competition in the agricultural products market is becoming increasingly fierce. At present, the market of agricultural products in our province has a low degree of organization and the contradictions of “low, small, weak and scattered” operators are prominent and the situation is grim.
