1984年4月23日～4月25日在杭州召开了浙江省青田真空仪表厂生产的76—1型和GHZ-3型电火花真空检测器鉴定会。来自全国各地的40多名代表对青田真空仪表厂的产品进行了技术鉴定。鉴定结果认为该厂生产的电火花真空检测器设计合理、使用方便、火花束可调。其性能指标达到国内先进水平,建议批量生产。该厂生产的电火花真空检测器的性能指标如下:1.测量范围为200～10~(-3);2.火花束可调长度 A 型(76-1型)为10～30毫米,B 型(GHZ-3型)为10～20毫米;3.耗电功率 A 型不大于66瓦,B 型不大于25瓦;4.连续工作时间 A 型为8小时,B 型为半小时,5.绝缘电阻大于100兆欧;6.绝缘强度是能承受频率为50赫,电压为1500伏的试验电压,试验1分钟应无飞弧或击穿现象。
April 23, 1984 to April 25 held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Qingtian vacuum instrument factory production 76-1 and GHZ-3-type EDM certification meeting. More than 40 delegates from all over China made technical appraisal on the products of Qingtian Vacuum Meter Factory. The appraisal results think that the EDM vacuum detector produced by the factory is reasonable in design, easy to use and adjustable in the beam of the spark. Its performance index reached the domestic advanced level, it is suggested that mass production. The factory production of EDM vacuum performance indicators are as follows: 1. Measuring range of 200 ~ 10 ~ (-3); 2. Adjustable length of the beam A type (76-1 type) of 10 to 30 mm, B Type (GHZ-3 type) of 10 to 20 mm; 3. Power consumption A-type is not greater than 66 watts, B-type is not greater than 25 watts; 4. Continuous working time type A for 8 hours, type B for half an hour, 5 Insulation resistance greater than 100 megohms; 6. Dielectric strength is to withstand 50 Hz frequency, the voltage of 1500 volts test voltage, the test 1 minutes should be no arcing or breakdown phenomenon.
