本文以北京市为例分析了缓慢增长的居民收入和过高的商品房价格对城镇居民消费支出的影响,得出高房价切实影响了城镇居民消费的结论,并提出了相关政策建议。
This paper takes Beijing as an example to analyze the influence of the slowly increasing resident income and over-high commercial housing prices on the urban residents ’consumption expenditure, concludes that the high housing prices have really affected the urban residents’ consumption, and puts forward the relevant policy suggestions.
