中频逆变直流点焊机具有体积小、动态响应速度快等优点,是电阻点焊设备的一个重要发展方向。本文讨论了其变压器结构、铁芯、绕组和冷却系统的设计问题,对工作频率、工作电压、绕组匝数、铁芯截面积等要素进行了分析和选择,并对变压器的重量、损耗、内阻、效率和热进行了验算,所研制的250kVA、1kHz变压器与相同功率的单相工频点焊变压器相比,体积减少了75%,重量减轻了70%。
