Chain management refers to a kind of business organization in which retailers and catering businesses in the same industry are linked together by means of joint purchase or grant of franchise. At present, chain operations have become popular in developed countries, and some developing countries are rapidly introducing them, and most have achieved good economic benefits. First, the status quo of China’s commercial chain operations chain business form is imported into China from the foreign countries in the mid-80s, mainly the joint-venture catering industry, such as “KFC hometown chicken ”, “California beef noodles” and so on. At that time, there were also individual commercial enterprises in China that had learned foreign experience and tried out chain stores, but the number was small.
