随着“阳光体育运动”的开展,青少年的体质有较显著的提升。以河北省沧州市中小学生体质状况为例,以《国家学生体质健康标准(2014年修订)》为标准,通过文献资料法,测量法,数理统计法对13~16岁中小学生进行体质测量。从身体形态、生理机能、体能素质等3个方面来分析在“阳光体育运动”背景下青少年体质的现状。
With “Sunshine Sports ” carried out, there is a more significant improvement in young people’s physique. Taking the constitution of primary and middle school students in Cangzhou City, Hebei Province as an example, the physical fitness of primary and secondary school students aged 13 ~ 16 years was measured by the methods of literature review, measurement and mathematical statistics with the standard of National Students Constitutional Health (Revised in 2014) as the standard. From the aspects of body shape, physiology and physical fitness, this paper analyzes the current situation of adolescents’ physique in the background of “sunshine sports”.
