A class of delay-dependent memoryless robust control problems for a class of uncertain time-delay systems with a saturated actuator constraint is studied. The time-delay system under consideration includes time-varying unknown but bounded uncertain parameters and state and control delays In this paper, Lyapunov theorem and linear matrix inequality (LMI) method are used to study the analysis and synthesis of the system, and a new robust stabilization criterion and corresponding memoryless robust stabilization control law design method are derived.
