为了更好地开发利用低品位的石煤钒矿,采用“浮选-焙烧-浸出-萃取”选冶联合工艺制取V2O5。重点介绍了浮选方面的实验研究,确立了浮选的最佳条件为:磨矿细度83.15%-0.074 mm、氢氧化钠1500 g/t(pH=11)、水玻璃500 g/t、煤油150 g/t、捕收剂醚胺200 g/t。得到混合钒精矿的品位为0.99%,并以浮选的钒精矿为原料,通过焙烧-浸出-萃取工艺,最终制取纯度达98.46%的V2O5。该工艺具有良好的可行性。
In order to develop and utilize low-grade stone coal vanadium ore better, V2O5 was prepared by the combination of “flotation-roasting-leaching-extraction” process. The experimental research on flotation was introduced emphatically. The optimum conditions for flotation were as follows: grinding fineness of 83.15% -0.074 mm, sodium hydroxide 1500 g / t (pH = 11), water glass 500 g / t, Kerosene 150 g / t, collector ether amine 200 g / t. The grade of mixed vanadium concentrate was 0.99%, and the flotation of vanadium concentrate was used as raw material, and finally the purity of V2O5 was 98.46% by roasting-leaching-extraction process. The process has good feasibility.
