简易的铣圈套铣速度慢,对稳定器、钻头等套铣困难或根本无法套铣。特殊铣圈是在原简易铣圈的基础上,进行力学分析,并参照金刚石钻头的布齿原理进行研制的。它克服了简易铣圈的强度问题及布齿的不合理,又比金刚石钻头布齿工艺简单,通过对特殊铣圈的结构,工作原理。铣圈合金齿的齿形和布齿方法以及齿的大小,保径结构的分析研究,规范了入井钻具结构、使用参数、操作及注意事项等。该铣圈在不同的井内落鱼结构,不同的卡钻类型以及不同的环间障碍物的实际使用中,均安全顺利的解除了事故,能满足井下各种套铣的需要。
