一、体力劳动强度分级调查方法 1.调查对象船舶工业生产工人的劳动强度分级调查的对象是: (1)船舶工业生产的主体单位:船体制造,钢料加工,吊装起重,船管装配,船舶涂装,轮机装配,船舶电装,铸锻系统等等。 (2)船舶工业生产中有代表性的主体工种:电焊工,铆工,铲刨工,管装工,轮机钳工,船舶电工,船舶涂装工,清铲工,炼钢工等等。 (3)要求受调查者是身体健康的男性工人,年龄在20~50岁之间,操作标准化。 2.调查项目 (1)受试者的自然状况:姓名,性别,年龄,工种,身高,体重等。 (2)气象条件:空气温度,空气湿度,大气压力。 (3)生产环境:生产岗位各种有害物质(粉尘,毒物,高温,噪声等)的浓度与强度。
