将紫外,可见光区域的吸收光谱作为吸光度列,利用电子计算机模拟,使用最小二乘法确定与标准光谱之间的线性参数,进行目标成分的定量分析,探讨了在单一成份系统中影响测定的各种因素,认为其定量精度比以往单一波长的分光光度法高;而且在多种成分系统中,就有关各成分的最大吸收波长,抽样间隔或者吸光度的位置对同时定量的精度究竞有多大影响的问题,通过电子计算机进行了模拟,得知在含三种以上成份的系统中,也可以同时进行定量分析,确定了本方法的应用范围。
