清季,侦探小说大量译入中国,国人如饮狂泉。侦探小说中西方的科学精神、实证方法对国人产生极大冲击,带来古代侠义公案小说文体的分合,促进新的文学样式的产生,成为一种值得研究的文学现象。清末民初侦探小说的译介与创作尚未能脱离公案小说之桎梏,西方侦探小说之影响亦历历可考。对清季侦探小说与公案小说展开比较文学视域的影响研究,也是重审当代法制文学发展的必要前提。
In the Qing Dynasty, a large number of detective novels into China, such as drinking wild springs. The scientifical and empirical methods of the detective novels in China and the West have had a great impact on the Chinese people and bring about the division and integration of the style of the ancient chivalrous case novel to promote the emergence of new literary style. This becomes a literary phenomenon worthy of study. The translation and introduction of detective novels in the late Qing dynasty and early Republic of China have not been able to separate themselves from the novels of the court case novels. The influence of the western detective novels can also be tested. The research on the influence of comparative literature in Qing dynasty detective fiction and public case novels is also the necessary precondition to review the development of contemporary legal literature.
