目的:总结列车脱轨伤的损伤类型、损伤部位和影像学表现。方法:回顾性分析74例列车脱轨伤员的影像学资料。结果:47例行X线平片检查,53例行CT检查,检查部位分别为144处、135处,分别发现6例及33例异常。本组单区域损伤14例,多区域损伤19例。损伤部位:胸部损伤12例(包括肋骨骨折6例、肺部损伤8例、胸骨骨折1例),脊柱骨折7例(胸椎3例、腰椎4例),上肢骨折或脱位5例,颅脑损伤4例(颅骨骨折1例、脑内异常3例),腹部损伤3例(2例肾挫伤、1例脾挫伤),下肢骨折2例。结论:列车脱轨易导致多区域损伤,以胸部损伤最多见。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the types of injury, injury site and imaging findings of derailment trains. Methods: The imaging data of 74 cases of derailment trains were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 47 cases were examined by X-ray plain film and 53 cases were examined by CT. The examination sites were 144 and 135 respectively, 6 and 33 abnormalities were found respectively. This group of single-area injury in 14 cases, 19 cases of multi-regional injury. Injury site: chest injury in 12 cases (including rib fracture in 6 cases, lung injury in 8 cases, sternal fracture in 1 case), spinal fracture in 7 cases (3 cases of thoracic spine, 4 cases of lumbar spine), upper limb fracture or dislocation in 5 cases, 4 cases (1 case of skull fracture, 3 cases of abnormal brain), 3 cases of abdominal injury (2 cases of kidney contusion, 1 case of spleen contusion) and 2 cases of lower extremity fracture. Conclusion: Train derailment easily lead to multi-regional injury, the most common chest injury.
