本研究采用气相色谱—质谱联用仪(GC—MS)首次分离鉴定了软枣猕猴桃极挥发油成分,从中分离31种成分,确定了其中17种化合物。结果显示软枣猕猴桃根挥发油的主要成分为脂肪族化合物。
In this study, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used for the first time to isolate and identify the very volatile oil constituents of Actinidia arguta, and 31 compounds were isolated from it. Seventeen compounds were identified. The results showed that the main component of volatile oil from soft-jujube root was kiwifruit.
