项目描述注水泵是海洋平台的关键设备,其运行的稳定性和可靠性直接关系到平台的生产效率,在本项目中,能科提供注水泵变频启动和变频停车的整体解决方案。系统采用2台变频器实现5台注水泵电机的启动和停车控制,系统单线图如下图所示。本项目采用NC HWF系列高压变频器,采用无速度传感器矢量控制技术,实现水泵电机的变频软起和软停功能,具有如下技术特点:1.启动过程平稳、可靠,启动电流和启动转矩不会超过额定值,对电网和注水泵负载没
Project Description Water injection pump is the key equipment of offshore platform. The stability and reliability of its operation are directly related to the production efficiency of the platform. In this project, it can provide the overall solution of frequency conversion start-up and variable-frequency stop of water injection pump. The system adopts 2 inverters to realize the start and stop control of 5 water injection pump motors. The single line diagram of the system is shown in the following figure.
