根据温度、氧电势实测数据及化学平衡原理 ,对气体渗碳排气过程进行了分析讨论。认为排气阶段的主要作用是零件表面氧化物的还原及消耗降低炉内氧化性气氛的含量 ,而且升温速度对缩短排气时间有重要影响。这一结论对改进渗碳排气工艺将产生积极的作用
According to the measured data of temperature and oxygen potential and the principle of chemical equilibrium, the process of gas carburization and exhaust was analyzed and discussed. It is considered that the main role of the exhaust stage is the reduction and consumption of oxides on the surface of the part to reduce the content of the oxidizing atmosphere in the furnace, and the heating rate has an important effect on shortening the exhaust time. This conclusion will have a positive effect on improving carburizing and exhausting technology
