大学生的人际关系比较复杂,在校内这个特殊的环境中,大学生需要处理好的关系主要有班集体同学之间的关系、同一宿舍里室友的关系、师生之间的关系,在这种种关系中,大学生的人际交往障碍尤为突出,甚至严重影响到该群体的心理健康。本文通过分析引发大学生校内人际关系冲突产生的原因,提出了建立和谐的大学生校内人际关系的几点建议。
The interpersonal relationship of undergraduates is rather complicated. In this special environment within the school, the relationship that the undergraduates need to deal with is mainly the relationship between classmates in class, the relationship between roommates in the same dorm room and the relationship between teachers and students. In this kind of relationship Students’ interpersonal barriers are particularly prominent, and even seriously affect the group’s mental health. Based on the analysis of the reasons that lead to the clash of interpersonal relationships in college students, this article puts forward some suggestions on how to establish harmonious interpersonal relationships in college students.
