本文给出了一种适用于高温气冷反应堆装置的由用水冷却的不锈钢电极、熔铸云母绝缘体和氟橡胶多层密封组合成的引电密封结构。这种结构的试验装置经历了500h以上的冷态加压试验,多于2900h的连续工况(100℃,4.0MPa氦气)考验和分别20次以上的压力循环和温度循环试验。在所有工况下,引电密封结构的氦泄漏率都小于5.2×10-5Pa·m3/s。电极和它所穿过的壳体间的绝缘阻抗大于100MΩ。
In this paper, a kind of lead-sealed structure made of water-cooled stainless steel electrode, cast-in mica insulator and fluororubber multi-layer seal is proposed for a high temperature air-cooled reactor. This structure of the test device has experienced more than 500h cold compression test, more than 2900h continuous conditions (100 ℃, 4.0MPa helium) test and more than 20 times the pressure cycle and temperature cycle test. Under all operating conditions, the helium leakage rate of the lead-sealed structure is less than 5.2 × 10-5Pa · m3 / s. The insulation resistance between the electrode and the housing it passes through is greater than 100MΩ.
