婴幼儿易于被动物咬伤颅面部,因为躯干和四肢受伤的可能性随着身高的增加而增加。动物咬伤的临床表现有很大差异。根据动物牙齿的解剖,创伤范围可以从尖利的点状伤口到伴或不伴组织缺损的大片撕裂伤。耳朵和鼻子因为位置暴露而最容易受伤。然而,伴有硬脑膜和脑实质损伤的颅骨凹陷性骨折是非常罕见的。本文报道1例罕见病例:一位3岁女孩被骆驼伤及颅脑
Infants and toddlers are susceptible to bites of the craniofacial area by animals as the likelihood of injuries to the trunk and limbs increases with height. The clinical manifestations of animal bites vary widely. Depending on the anatomy of the animal’s teeth, the range of trauma can range from sharp punctate wounds to large lacerations with or without tissue defects. Ear and nose are most easily injured because of exposure. However, sunken fractures of the skull with dura and brain parenchymal damage are rare.
