目的对一起因食用腐败变质南瓜引起的食物中毒事件进行调查分析,探讨预防控制措施。方法开展流行病学、现场卫生学调查,对患者胃内容物、可疑食物等标本进行实验室检测。结果该事件是一起由于食用腐败变质南瓜引起的亚硝酸盐食物中毒事件。结论应当加大食品安全相关知识的宣传教育,加强对食品流通环节的监管,提高应急处置能力,有效预防食物中毒的发生。
Objective To investigate and analyze the food poisoning incidents caused by eating spoiled pumpkin and discuss the prevention and control measures. Methods To carry out epidemiological, on-site hygiene surveys, laboratory tests on gastric contents, suspicious foods and other specimens of patients. As a result, the incident was a result of a nitrite food poisoning incident caused by eating spoiled pumpkin. Conclusion Publicity and education on food safety related knowledge should be stepped up, supervision on food circulation should be strengthened, emergency response capability should be enhanced, and food poisoning should be effectively prevented.
