提升作为国家软实力核心内容的文化软实力,对于一个国家来讲有着巨大而深远的意义。十七大报告把“提高文化软实力”提升到了国家战略的高度,十八大报告再次强调文化实力和竞争力是国家富强、民族振兴的重要标志。要提升中国的文化软实力,使我们的国家在21世纪从文化大国变为文化强国,就必须着力构建由中国传统文化、马克思主义文化和西方现代文明的合理内核组成的中华主流文化。
To enhance the cultural soft power as the core content of the national soft power has great and far-reaching significance for a country. The report of the 17th National Congress raised “increasing cultural soft power” to the height of national strategy. The 18th CPC National Congress emphasized once again that cultural strength and competitiveness are an important symbol of a prosperous country and a national rejuvenation. To upgrade China’s cultural soft power and transform our country from a cultural power to a cultural power in the 21st century, we must strive to construct a mainstream Chinese culture composed of the traditional Chinese culture, the Marxist culture and the rational core of Western modern civilization.
