本文从经济型机床数控的要求出发,吸收开环、半闭环、全闭环数控系统特点,提出一种用步进电机进行慢速切削(进给)传动,交流电机进行快速(空程)传动,位置检测单元直接按装在工作台上,将工作台的位移信息反馈至数控装置的全闭环控制系统,具有开环传动和闭环传动的主要性能,克服了开环和半闭环传动的一些缺点、提高了控制精度和运行速度,与传统闭环或半闭环系统相比,大幅度地降低了造价,是适合我国国情的一种控制模式。
