目的:研究奥扎格雷钠与血栓通注射液联合治疗糖尿病性心脏病不稳定性心绞痛临床疗效。方法:治疗组60例采用奥扎格雷钠和血栓通注射液静脉滴注治疗,对照组60例采用血栓通注射液静脉滴注。观察两组治疗后心绞痛缓解程度及心电图变化。结果:治疗组心绞痛缓解和心电图改善总有效率分别为95%和80%,对照组分别为75%和65%。治疗组临床治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用奥扎格雷钠联合血栓通注射液治疗糖尿病性心脏病不稳定性心绞痛效果明显,安全可靠,不良反应小。
Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of sodium ozagrel and Xueshuantong injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of diabetic heart disease. Methods: 60 cases in the treatment group were treated with sodium ozagrel and Xueshuantong injection by intravenous drip. 60 cases in the control group were treated by Xueshuantong injection. The degree of angina pectoris and ECG changes after treatment in both groups were observed. Results: The total effective rate of angina pectoris and ECG improvement in the treatment group was 95% and 80% respectively, while that in the control group was 75% and 65% respectively. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Ozagrel sodium combined with Xueshuantong injection in treatment of unstable angina pectoris of diabetic heart disease has obvious effect, safe and reliable, with small adverse reaction.
