为了搞好金属材料的供应,1985年3月由中国金属材料公司中南一级站、湖北省金属材料公司、武汉市金属材料公司联合组建了专门经营计划外钢材的宏达金属材料贸易公司。两年来,我们在联营单位的支持下,大力组织钢材资源,努力搞好钢材供应,取得了明显成效。据统计,到1986年底,已经销金属材料7.3万吨,销售收入近5000万元,创利税286.4万元。宏达公司是计划外金属材料的贸易市场,在国家开始实行缩小计划分配,扩大市场供应的新的供应体制时,不可能投放大量资源。因此资源组织必须依靠自力更生来解决。我们组织资源主要采取了以下措施:1.积极争取钢厂的超产自销钢材资源。为了取得钢厂的超产自销钢材,公司领导带队,多次到钢厂进行联系。同时,还以老带新,利用老同志与钢厂经常往来的联系,建立新的供求关系。通过努力,共取得钢厂超产自销钢材
