目的对哈尔滨市辖区部分高校消毒餐具的消毒情况进行质量评估。方法以常见致病菌、大肠菌群作为指示菌,并将大肠菌群参照食(饮)具消毒卫生标准(GB14934—1994)及国际标准进行定量划分层级,依据大肠菌群各层级的检出率对各院校的卫生状况进行优、良、中、差的评价。结果共检测832批样本,检出A级样本736批,占样本总数的88.46%;B级样本37批,占样本总数的4.45%;C级样本25批,占样本总数的3.0%;D级样本34批,占样本总数的4.09%。检出风险样品96批,检出率为11.54%。其中消毒盘、消毒碗的检出率分别为10.56%、12.42%,消毒杯未检出。结论所有样本未检出致病菌,哈尔滨市辖区内高校食堂无显性安全隐患;依据大肠菌群各层级的检出率对各院校的卫生状况进行了评价,其中优级院校6所、良级院校5所、中级院校5所、差级院校8所。
Objective To evaluate the quality of sterilized tableware in some colleges and universities in Harbin. Methods The common pathogenic bacteria and coliform bacteria were used as indicator bacteria, and the coliform bacteria were quantitatively classified according to the standards of sanitation (GB14934-1994) and international standards of food (drink). According to the detection of coliform bacteria at various levels Rate of the health status of colleges and universities to carry out excellent, good, medium and poor evaluation. Results A total of 832 batches of samples were detected. A total of 736 batches of Grade A samples were detected, accounting for 88.46% of the total samples. 37 batches of B samples accounted for 4.45% of total samples, 25 batches of C samples accounted for 3.0 batches of total samples, 34 batches of samples, accounting for 4.09% of the total number of samples. A total of 96 batches of samples were detected, with a detection rate of 11.54%. Among them, the detection rates of disinfection dish and disinfection bowl were 10.56% and 12.42% respectively, and the disinfection cup was not detected. Conclusion All the samples did not detect pathogenic bacteria, and there was no obvious safety hazard in the canteens of colleges and universities in Harbin. According to the detection rate of each coliform group, the health condition of each institution was evaluated, among which 6 were excellent colleges , 5 good schools, 5 middle schools and 8 poor schools.
