【目的】促进中文科技期刊更好地参与国际学术交流,准确地反映中文科技期刊在国际上的显示度。【方法】针对我国一些较有影响的中文科技期刊的英文刊名与国外英文期刊的刊名雷同现象,分析了产生这一现象的原因及其危害,提出了应对策略。【结果】指出中文科技期刊参与国际学术交流应注意自身英文刊名的唯一性。【结论】相关期刊和期刊管理部门应引起重视,以免因英文刊名雷同给读者、文献情报人员带来不便,影响期刊在国际上的有效传播和期刊的显示度。
【Objective】 To promote better participation of Chinese sci-tech periodicals in international academic exchanges and accurately reflect the international display of Chinese sci-tech periodicals. 【Method】 According to the similarities and differences between the English titles of some influential Chinese science and technology journals in China and those of foreign English periodicals, the causes and the harms of this phenomenon are analyzed and the coping strategies are put forward. 【Results】 It is pointed out that the participation of Chinese sci-tech periodicals in international academic exchanges should pay attention to the uniqueness of their own English titles. 【Conclusion】 Relevant periodicals and periodicals should pay attention to avoid the inconvenience caused to the readers and bibliographers because of the English title, which affects the effective international circulation and periodical display.
