张新华，1961年生，1986年毕业于北京大学研究生院，获硕士学位，曾在中央财经领导小组办公室、国务院发言人办公室、国务院研究室工作。1990年赴加拿大、美国进修证券、期货、获世界大学服务组织颁发的结业证书，现为中国国际期货有限公司副总裁、深圳中期国际期货有限公司总裁。著有《经营思想与管理方法》、《中国物价改革透视》、《共同投资基金》等多本著作和论文百余篇。
Zhang Xinhua, born in 1961, graduated from the Graduate School of Peking University in 1986 with a master’s degree. He worked in the Office of the Leading Group for Central Finance and Economics, the spokesman office of the State Council, and the laboratory of the State Council. In 1990 to Canada, the United States to study securities, futures, won the World University service organization certificate of completion, is now vice president of China International Futures Co., Ltd., Shenzhen International Futures Co., Ltd. President. Author of “business ideas and management methods”, “perspectives on China’s price reform”, “joint venture fund” and many other works and thesis more than 100 articles.
