胎心电子监护是利用超声多普勒探头收集信号,使胎心率(FHR)与子宫收缩(VC)呈曲线形式显示在屏幕上,本文通过应用胎心电子监护仪对4895例孕妇进行全产程连续性监护的临床观察分析,结果显示:应用胎心电子监护仪,提高了胎儿窘迫的检出率,及时采取宫内复苏措施,纠正子宫内缺氧状况,改善了胎儿宫内环境,对不能纠正的可及时施行剖宫产术终止妊娠,有效地降低了新生儿窒息的发生率,提高了新生儿生存质量;减少了剖宫产率。连续的电子胎心监护,是临床筛选胎儿宫内缺氧的重要手段,能及早发现胎儿宫内缺氧,及早处理新生儿窒息。
