几年来,笔者收治有机磷农药中毒(下称有机磷)60例。本文就阿托品临床应用的几个问题加以探讨。 临床资料 60例中,男16例,女44例。年龄16～66岁。口服中毒50例。接触中毒10例。乐果中毒22例,敌敌畏14例,其它24例。重度中毒16例,中度24例,轻度20例。阿托品化所需时间:6小时以内37例,7～12小时10例,13—18小时7例,19～24小时4例,24小时以上2冽。结果:58例治愈,2例死亡(分别死于中毒第2天和第8天)。平均住院7.6天。
In recent years, I received organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (hereinafter referred to as organophosphate) 60 cases. This article discusses several issues of clinical application of atropine. Clinical data of 60 cases, 16 males and 44 females. Age 16 to 66 years old. Oral poisoning in 50 cases. Contact poisoning in 10 cases. Dimethoate poisoning in 22 cases, dichlorvos in 14 cases, the other 24 cases. Severe poisoning in 16 cases, moderate in 24 cases, mild in 20 cases. Atropine required time: 37 cases within 6 hours, 7 to 12 hours in 10 cases, 13 to 18 hours in 7 cases, 19 to 24 hours in 4 cases, more than 24 hours 2 冽. Results: 58 were cured and 2 died (died on day 2 and day 8, respectively). Average hospital stay 7.6 days.
