目的 探讨Ⅱ期手术治疗高位隐睾的疗效。方法 回顾分析 2 7例采用Ⅱ期手术治疗的高位隐睾患者的临床资料 ,对不同手术年龄、不同手术间隔时间的术后睾丸位置、大小、硬度进行评价。结果 2 7例 2 9侧隐睾 ,除 1例双侧隐睾失败外 ,成功 2 7侧 (93.1% )。其中手术年龄～ 4岁、手术间隔时间 1.0～ 1.5年疗效最好 ,第一次手术前后使用绒毛膜促性腺激素 (hCG)治疗者较未使用者疗效好。结论 Ⅱ期手术治疗高位隐睾效果是切实可行的 ,尤其适宜于无条件开展显微外科或睾丸出血试验阴性者
Objective To investigate the effect of stage Ⅱ operation on high cryptorchidism. Methods The clinical data of 27 patients with high cryptorchidism treated with stage Ⅱ operation were retrospectively analyzed. The position, size and hardness of the testis were evaluated after different operation ages and different operative intervals. Results 27 cases of 29 sides of cryptorchidism, except one case of bilateral cryptorchidism failed, the success of 27 sides (93.1%). Among them, the operative age was 4 years, the operative interval was 1.0-1.5 years, and the best effect was achieved in the first 5 years. The treatment with hCG before and after the first operation had better curative effect than the non-user. Conclusion Stage Ⅱ operative treatment of high cryptorchidism effect is feasible, especially suitable for unconditional microsurgery or testicular hemorrhage test negative
