目的:观察暖心胶囊对心衰大鼠心肌肌浆网Ca2+-ATP酶、血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、醛固酮(ALD)以及血流动力学的影响。方法:将91只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组,阿霉素(ADR)心衰模型组,暖心胶囊低、中、高剂量组,卡托普利组以及心宝丸组,每组13只,腹腔注射ADR建立心衰大鼠模型,分别给予相应药物灌胃观察6周,行Ca2+-ATP酶、血浆AngⅡ、血浆ALD以及血流动力学检测。结果:暖心胶囊中、高剂量组可改善ADR心衰大鼠心脏的收缩和舒张功能,提高Ca2+-ATP酶活性,降低血浆AngⅡ、ALD含量(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:暖心胶囊可以对抗ADR心衰大鼠心功能的下降,其机制可能与提高Ca2+-ATP酶活性,下调血浆AngⅡ、ALD含量有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of Wenshen Capsule on Ca2 + -ATPase, plasma angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ), aldosterone (ALD) and hemodynamics in myocardial sarcoplasmic reticulum of rats with heart failure. Methods: Ninety-one male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal control group, ADR model group, low-, medium- and high-dose nongxin capsule group, captopril group and Xinbao group The rats in group A were given intraperitoneal injection of ADR to establish the rat model of heart failure. The rats were given gavage for 6 weeks respectively. Ca2 + -ATPase, plasma AngⅡ, plasma ALD and hemodynamics were measured. Results: The Wenshen capsule can improve the cardiac contractile and diastolic function, increase the activity of Ca2 + -ATPase and decrease the content of plasma AngⅡ and ALD in ADR heart failure rats (P <0.05, P <0.01). CONCLUSION: WENXIN capsule can counteract the decline of cardiac function in rats with ADR. The mechanism may be related to the increase of Ca2 + -ATPase activity and the decrease of plasma AngⅡ and ALD levels.
